38 sqm, 55 sqm and 73 sqm models
We offer T2, T3 and T4 base models with defined starting configurations and the possibility of adaptation according to project requirements. This structure provides a clear point of departure while preserving room for customization and greater control over the final outcome.
Customization guided by the project
Customization may include dimensions, finishes, interior layout, room divisions and window frames. In certain models, it may also include additional equipment such as solar panels, air conditioning and water systems, always according to the commercial and technical framework defined in advance.
Floor plans and 3D renders before production
Before production begins, Duarte & Silva provides visual and technical materials for approval. This stage is essential for aligning expectations, confirming options and ensuring that the model moves into manufacturing with all agreed details validated in advance.
Direct import with a clear logistics structure
The process includes sea freight from China to Lisbon and customs clearance. This organization allows for a more objective reading of the operation and greater predictability throughout the commercial path until the model arrives. Final transport to the destination is handled by the client.
2-year construction warranty
The stated coverage includes the structure, roofing, frames, exterior cladding and fencing. It is a central element of the Duarte & Silva commercial proposal and reinforces the transparency with which the service is presented.
